Start with your brandTHREE STARTING POINTS
Choose the matter you want to discuss.
China market or supply chain
Consider your original mark, a Chinese-language name, goods and services and any existing applications or registrations. We handle China trademark work within an agreed scope.
China trademark services ↗International expansion
Identify your intended markets and existing portfolio first. Discuss national routes, Madrid eligibility and qualified-provider coordination where appropriate.
International project planning ↗Amazon or another marketplace
Tell us whether you are preparing to enroll a brand, reporting suspected infringement or responding to a complaint. The first step and the evidence differ.
Marketplace brand issues ↗A USEFUL FIRST BRIEF
A few facts go a long way.
- Brand name and a public website, if available
- Products or services and target markets
- Existing trademark application or registration numbers
- Any notice, event or deadline that prompted the inquiry
At the first contact, a short description is enough. Do not send account passwords, identity documents, payment information or confidential evidence until a suitable channel and engagement arrangements are agreed.
Prepare a briefBEFORE YOU INSTRUCT US
Common questions.
Can I start if I do not know the right classes?
Yes. Describe your products, services, target customers and markets. Class and goods/services selection can then form part of the scope discussion; a class number alone does not describe your business.
Can you help with markets outside China?
We can discuss your proposed project and the coordination it would require. The countries, service scope and qualified local providers must be confirmed for your matter before an engagement.
Can you guarantee registration or an Amazon outcome?
No. Registration depends on examination and any disputes. Marketplace decisions are made by the platform. An assessment helps you understand options and risks; it is not a promise of approval.
