AMAZON & MARKETPLACE BRAND ISSUES
Start with the issue.
Then choose the action.
Preparing a brand, addressing suspected infringement and receiving an IP complaint require different information. Tell us what happened before deciding which service you need.
Describe a marketplace issueWHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE?
Three different starting points.
Preparing for Brand Registry
Share the brand name, products or packaging, trademark office, application or registration number and target marketplace. Discuss the trademark work and enrollment preparation that may be needed.
Discuss enrollment preparationProtecting your brand
Identify your rights and the listing or conduct causing concern. Collect links and dated evidence. Discuss the scope of a rights-and-evidence review and whether a qualified specialist is needed.
Discuss suspected infringementReceived an IP complaint
Keep the complete notice, ASINs, cited rights and receipt date. Say whether the matter concerns trademark, copyright or patent rights, and flag a deadline. Do not assume a new trademark application will resolve it.
Discuss a notice or complaintA CLEAR SERVICE BOUNDARY
Assessment before promises.
We discuss your case, the trademark work or coordination it may require, and whether it is within our service scope.
ChanYond is not affiliated with Amazon and does not claim IP Accelerator membership. Platform approval, takedown and reinstatement are not guaranteed.
We are not a patent agency or a law firm. Patent statutory representation, litigation and matters requiring other local authorization are independently handled by qualified providers, subject to a separate agreed scope.
Do not send seller-account passwords or payment details. A first inquiry does not appoint us to act or cause a deadline to be monitored.
CHECK THE CURRENT RULES
Official requirements, not shortcuts.
Amazon’s public guidance describes enrollment requirements involving the brand on products or packaging and a qualifying pending or registered trademark. Requirements may differ by trademark office, status and use case; verify them for your matter.
Brand Registry, trademark registration, platform enforcement and court proceedings are separate processes. The filing or registration you choose should fit the business and the actual issue.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS
Know what an inquiry can do.
Is Amazon Brand Registry a paid trademark registration service?
No. Amazon describes Brand Registry as a free program. Trademark registration and any professional help are separate work. Eligibility and available tools depend on Amazon’s current requirements.
Will a China trademark solve every Amazon issue?
No. Trademark rights are territorial, and marketplace enrollment or enforcement has its own rules. The mark, office, status, account role, marketplace and nature of the problem must be checked.
Is ChanYond an Amazon IP Accelerator provider?
We do not claim membership or affiliation. IP Accelerator is Amazon’s program connecting brands with its vetted legal service providers. Use Amazon’s official directory to check any claimed participation.
Can you guarantee removal of another seller or reinstatement of a listing?
No. A platform makes its own decisions. Suspected infringement, resale, authorization and platform policy issues need different analysis. Litigation and statutory patent representation are handled by appropriately qualified providers.
